EMSCULPT NEO is an advanced body contouring and muscle-toning device that combines two technologies: High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology and Radiofrequency (RF) heating. Using HIFEM technology, EMSCULPT NEO induces supramaximal muscle contractions to improve muscle definition and tone in applicable treatment areas. Are there contraindications?
EMSCULPT NEO cannot be used for treatment areas in the vicinity of metal or electronic implants (ie. no abdominal treatments if patient has pacemaker or copper IUD), pregnant women, and those with certain medical conditions such as malignancies or hemorrhagic conditions. It's also not recommended if you have a hernia or history of seizures. A FREE consultation ensures your safety and candidacy.
Do I need time off?
No specific preparation is required. The RF works better when your body is well hydrated so drink lots of water for at least 2 days before your session. Be sure to tell us about your health concerns or medications before your treatment. Additionally, you can resume all normal activities, including exercise, immediately after each treatment. Proper hydration should be continued.
